We are pleased to offer peer support services to the community. You are welcome to reach out for support, referrals, or to simply have a chat with us. We're happy to meet for a one-time session, or to have regular check-ins for as long as you need.

How to reach us

There are several ways you can get support from us:

    • You can also schedule a phone call in advance by emailing

    • If we miss your call, please leave a voicemail with clear instructions on how to get back to you. To ensure your safety, we will not return calls without clearly expressed consent.

    • We are available for drop-in sessions every Thursday during regular office hours (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 - 5:00 PM).

    • Our office is located at CommunityWise Resource Centre (223 12 Ave SW, Room 105).

    • Dial 105 on the intercom at the front door to be let inside the building.

    • Please note that we are only available for drop-ins on Thursdays, and may not accommodate drop-in requests on other days we are open.

  4. In-person (by appointment)

    • Email if you'd like to schedule an in-person appointment at our office.

    • We're available Mondays to Thursdays during regular office hours. We can make accommodations by a case-by-case basis if these times do not work.

    • Our office is located at CommunityWise Resource Centre (223 12 Ave SW, Room 105).

Accessibility information
  • Our office is located on the first floor of the CommunityWise building. There is a wheelchair accessible ramp to the building entrance.

  • All the washrooms are all-gender single room facilities. The washrooms on the first floor are wheelchair accessible.

  • There are no dedicated parking spaces for building patrons. There is street parking in front of the building along 12 Ave, and along 2nd Street.

  • There are bike racks in front of the building.

  • We are able to meet virtually if in-person meetings aren't feasible.
