We are pleased to offer peer support services to the community. You are welcome to reach out for support, referrals, or to simply have a chat with us. We're happy to meet for a one-time session, or to have regular check-ins for as long as you need.

How to reach us

There are several ways you can get support from us:

1. Call or text us at (403) 234-8973

   • Contact us anytime during our office hours.

   • You can also schedule a phone call in advance by emailing info@calgaryoutlink.ca.

   • If we miss your call, please leave a voicemail with clear instructions on how to get back to you. To ensure your safety, we will not return calls without clearly expressed consent.

2. Video call

   • You can schedule a video call with us in advance by emailing info@calgaryoutlink.ca.

3. In-person (drop-in)

   • We are available for drop-in sessions every Thursday during regular office hours (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 - 5:00 PM).

   • We have moved from our previous location! Our office is now located at the New CommunityWise Resource Centre:                     2nd Floor - Deerfoot 17 Building                                                     2710 17 Ave SE                                                                                   Calgary Alberta                                                                                   T2A 0P6                                                                              ​​

   • Please note that we are only available for drop-ins on Thursdays, and may not accommodate drop-in requests on other days we are open.

4. In-person (by appointment)

   • Email info@calgaryoutlink.ca if you'd like to schedule an in-person appointment at our office.

   • We're available Mondays to Thursdays during regular office hours. We can make accommodations by a case-by-case basis if these times do not work.

   • Our office is located at CommunityWise Resource Centre (2710 17 Ave SE).

Accessibility information

• Our office is located in the CommunityWise Resource Centre on the second floor of the Deerfoot 17 building.

• There is a wheelchair accessible ramp to the building entrance and wheelchair accessible elevators that lead to the second floor.

• A wheelchair-accessible all-gender single-stall washroom is available on this floor.

• There are visitor and customer parking stalls onsite. There is street parking in the area as well (please be mindful of the parking permit signs!)

• ​The nearest LRT Station is Barlow/ Max Bell. The Max Purple Bus stop is located at nearby at 26 St SE and International Avenue. Other buses are nearby in the area as well.

• We are able to meet virtually if in-person meetings aren't feasible.
