Since 1988 the Centre for Newcomers (CFN) has been a key resource for immigrants and refugees of all nationalities in Calgary. A social profit organization, CFN views the integration of newcomers as a two-way process of experience, influence and impact between newcomers and the communities that welcome them. 2SLGBTQ= services: Our services are accessible to individuals across Alberta, regardless of immigration status, including permanent residents, asylum seekers and those with other statuses. CFN's team works collaboratively with 2SLGBTQ+ focused organizations to ensure individuals receive the support they need to navigate settlement, education, employment and mental well-being
