Dr. Demontigny offers gender affirming care to patients, no age limit. Refferals from other physicians are welcome, patient self-referral and referrals from allied health provides are also accepted. Dr. Demontigny is not accepting patients to their panel (i.e. cannot become a primary care provider, but can work with you as a consultant on your medical transition goals.
