Jake enjoys full-spectrum family medicine, including pediatrics, women’s health/maternity care, preventative care, procedural medicine, and both inpatient and outpatient medicine. In addition to his primary care practice, Jake accepts consults for LGBTQ+ care, including HRT for transgender and gender nonbinary individuals.
