The Hatch is a mutual aid group that promotes collective action and community collaboration. They believe everyone deserves access to basic needs and services. The Hatch creates projects that build community solidarity, while addressing issues like food insecurity, income inequality, and other accessibility related challenges. Their volunteers stock, organize, and otherwise keep the community fridge and pantry running at the Rosscarrock Community Association. The community fridge is a free space for anyone to access food and personal care items without having to prove any need. This is not a Queer specific resource, but may still be of interest to Queer folks.
