JOIN US IN THE PARADE!

We’re excited to start preparations for this year’s Pride! We are looking for folks to join us during the parade as we head down the route to Prince’s Island Park. We welcome all levels of mobility, whether you are walking, skating, biking, or using any mobility aids such as wheelchairs or canes. Meeting time and location will be announced to volunteers as we finalize details on parade order. We are also looking for help with making posters to use on the Parade.

POSTER-MAKING EVENT:

  • Monday, August 28th

  • 5:30 - 8:00 PM

  • CommunityWise Resource Centre (223 12 Ave SW)

  • Supplies will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own

PRIDE PARADE:

  • Sunday, September 3rd

  • Parade begins at 11:00 AM

  • Meet at CommunityWise Resource Centre at 10:00 AM

  • Dress for the weather!

Click the button below to fill out the Google Form. Registration is open to the general public. Folks in 2SLGBTQ+ communities are more than welcome to join us, along with their supportive allies, friends, and family.

 

Registration is required for both Parade Marching + Poster making and will be on the same form.
