DESCRIPTION:This group is for trans masculine & non-binary folks (16+) who are considering having or planning to have chest reduction\, reconstruction\, or mastectomy type surgeries. \nThrough affirmative peer-to-peer support\, this meeting provides a space to discuss surgery options\, navigating health care systems and wait times\, healing and recovery\, community resources\, and mental health. \nWe aim to fill the gap for support during difficult wait times and to help participants create a lasting support network.

DESCRIPTION:STI Testing for Gay\, Bisexual and Other Men Who Have Sex With Men (GBMSM)\n\n\nRapid HIV & STI Testing\nLooking for PrEP or DoxyPEP? These are separate services offered through Freddie Express. Click here for more information. \nSafeworks Outreach Program in collaboration with Centre for Sexuality offers the following nursing services for gay\, bisexual and other men who have sex with men (gbMSM)\, including cis\, trans and other gender diverse folks. \nServices include: \n\nTesting for common sexually transmitted and blood borne infections (STBBIs)\, including chlamydia\, gonorrhea\, syphilis\, hepatitis A\, B\, & C\, and HIV\nRapid or “point of care” testing for HIV and syphilis\, providing results in about one minute\, so you can know your status before you leave your appointment!\nTreatment for common STBBIs including chlamydia\, gonorrhea and syphilis\nHepatitis A\, B and HPV vaccine program for eligible individuals\nFree condoms and lube\nInformation and referrals for other services such as HIV PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis)\n\nServices not included: \n\nPhysical assessments for skin conditions\nHerpes testing\nHPV/genital wart treatment\n\nFor more complex STI related care needs\, please visit the Calgary STI Clinic. \n\n\nSame-Day PrEP and DoxyPEP with Freddie Express\nWe are excited to be partnering with Freddie Express to provide appointments for prEP and DoxyPEP. PrEP and DoxyPEP are two different medications that may help protect against STIs. \n\nPrEP helps prevent HIV when taken as prescribed by a clinician.\nDoxyPEP may help prevent bacterial STIs when taken within 72 hours after having sex without a condom.\n\nAppointments are available on Wednesdays from 4:30 to 7:30 at the Centre. DESCRIPTION:Looking for a friendly check-in with your community? Grab a cup of tea and join us from wherever you are as we share in each other’s company! This is a safe space for anyone who identifies as an 2SLGBTQ+ community member or ally. We will accept attendees on a drop-in basis. \nWe will have a few drink vouchers available to cover the cost of one drink if needed! \nOur group meetings are intended as a space for casual connection. This is not a structured therapy group nor is it a dating space. If you are looking for further support\, Outlink staff are available to meet with you one-on-one or in small groups by phone\, text based messaging\, or video call upon request. They can also help connect you to other counselling services. \nPlease note that meetings are moderated by Outlink staff and volunteers who reserve the right to remove anyone from the group who is in violation of our Safer Space Ground Rules.
