CONNECT WITH COMMUNITY

This is a landing page for special events that fall outside of our regular programming, including recreational events, workshops, and more. Scroll down to see upcoming events.

Check back on this page for any new updates. Announcements will also be posted on our Community Calendar,  Meetup page, Facebook page, and Instagram.

If you have any suggestions for events, or would like to collaborate with us, please email us at info@calgaryoutlink.ca. We are always open to ideas that help foster connections with 2SLGBTQ+ communities.

Events are moderated by Outlink staff and external facilitators who reserve the right to remove anyone from an event who is in violation of our Safer Space Ground Rules.

LOVE LETTERS TO TRANS YOUTH

(C/O YOUR MLA)

Join Outlink at Element Cafe on February 15th from 4:30 to 7:30 and write a letter to your MLA to let them know how you feel about the provincial government's recently proposed policies regarding gender and sexually diverse youth. We will also be writing letters to queer and trans youth directly to let them know how deeply they are valued.

Our regularly scheduled Grabba Java meetup will be happening in the same space at 6:00 PM. This is a casual space for 2SLGBTQ+ folks and allies to come hang out and engage in some friendly conversation. Participants are welcome to drop-in at any point. No registration required.
